1. Introduction and Scope

ctd77 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain ctd77.org and targeting adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between ctd77 and each registered user ("Player", "you"). The Terms apply to all use of the ctd77 platform including access via mobile browser, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, and participation in promotions.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between ctd77 and all registered Players. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion only. In all other respects these Terms take precedence.

ctd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect upon publication at ctd77.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. ctd77 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via the platform's notification system.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ctd77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform.

To be eligible to register and use ctd77, a player must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of account registration.
• Be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.

Withdrawal Rules

6. Gameplay Rules

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8. Prohibited Conduct

ctd77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, ctd77 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals. If investigation confirms a breach, ctd77 may close the account, withhold any balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ctd77.org — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (to the extent owned by ctd77), and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ctd77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any ctd77 content without prior written permission from ctd77.

Game content — including game artwork, audio, mechanics, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and is licensed to ctd77 for use on the platform. Players may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, or reuse any game content outside the platform.
